There is worldwide insurance cover for financial losses.

There is worldwide insurance cover for personal injury, property damage and the resulting financial losses, with the following exception for the USA.

Personal injury, property damage and resulting financial losses asserted before the courts of the USA or based on the violation of the law of these countries are only covered in the following cases:

• when participating in or carrying out business trips,

• when participating in trade fairs, exhibitions or events,

• for indirect exports of products or services to the USA (an indirect export exists if products or services have reached the USA without the insured person having caused this to happen).
